Porting to exhaust port. RMS has own template that they use to minimise carbon build up and better flow

All parts back in my garage, stayed with stock seals as aftermarket seals will be harsher on the housings.

Apart form the porting I also got 3 new dowels and also going to buy stronger studs. I also ordered the radiator fan from RX8 performance. The next step is to pull apart the supercharger and fix the flaws, assemble the engine, inlet porting in the intake pipes for better flow, V mount intercooler and new oil coolers and lines.

Great to hear Sailesh, will be interested in your ongoing report. Any chance of making it to Nationals in early November?

I cannot commit at the moment. The brisbane property market is heating up and I work for a builder so very busy helping new home owners and investors with house design and build.

Just over 500km and all going well. The vacuum was initially low however, as the seals bed in its getting stronger. Cant wait to get rid of the rev limiter and enjoy the exhaust noise.

Also ordered a low km series 2 fuel tank and fuel assembly and 200cell cat.

Finally got all the parts to upgrade the ignition. The plan is to relocate the LS coils to the chassis rail. Hopefully, it will be completed within the next couple of weeks.

Sounds great. I need to see this in person. Been following the build since 2012.

Car is finally running well. Series 2 pump has been installed.

Changed throttle body and MAF. The car now revs smoothly to the buzzer without any hiccups. I will monitoring over several drive cycles to confirm that the issue has been resolved.

Also ordered new sensors for ssv and vdi as a precaution.

If all goes well then I can start making plans to get the supercharger installed.
