Encourage the product review section!
Anyone else tried these?
Originally had Bridgestone Potenzas all round, rears wore out  had two Proxes 4's fitted to the front.
So far, no complaints! Great feel, fantastic grip and quiet, yet to try them in the wet. Definately reccommend them.

I have had these for 20,000km and nearly 2 years. They are MAYBE halfway through their tread depth. Originally they were fantastic. Not as good as the potenzas in corners or wet. However after about 9 months they turned to crap. They are like ridding on a rim. I understeer into corners and oversteer out of corners. And that is on the street. When it rains I am scared to drive.

Keep in mind that there was someone else on here who suffered the same pattern as me, but also that most people who have enjoyed these tyres a) use them on large family cars and b) bought them a while after me so there may have been either a bad batch or they have come from a different factory.

Cheers

Andrew

Great :(
I looked around pre-purchase and read different reviews on what people thought felt good on the 8, without taking out a loan to buy them. The Toyos sat right in the middle, maybe a bit on the cheap side, but did have mixed reviews. Hopefully Toyo's taken this into account over the last two years? And yes, I noticed the understeer, but only in reasonably sharp corners under heavy braking. You must punish them more than me. Guess i'll have to wait and see.

OK maybe I wasn't clear. The Over and Under steer was only after the tyres went rock hard. Before then I actually thought theye were a great value for money tyre.

And yes I do ride them hard.

Cheers
