RX8 Track Car

Post by Tobz » Wed Sep 11, 2019 1:33 pm

Hey All,

I am selling my 2003 Mazda RX8, its a regretful sale, but the car has achieved what I wanted. I needed a nice handling car to learn how to go fast on a track, and this has been an absolute champ at doing that, but now I want more power so have moved to an R34 GTT.

Looking for $10,000 ONO

The car is not registered, but can deliver to Canberra/Sydney Area

It has done approximately 170,000 with a full engine rebuild at 140,000kms. Am third owner and have full receipts for life of the car. Car was serviced by Reliance once a year once i took ownership and I did all the servicing between visits to John.

Car includes CAM Vehicle Log Book

Modifications include:

Rick Shaw Lightened Pully kit
Rick Shaw Alloy Radiator
Rick Shaw Cat Back Exhaust
Cat has been removed
Brand new Plugs and leads (less than 1000kms)
Second Oil Cooler
Cushion Button Clutch
Lightened Fly Wheel
Series 2 Gearbox
Injen Air Intake
New Battery (6 Months Old)

Sparco Sprint V XL Bucket Seat
6 Point Schroth Harness

MCA Red coilovers
Whiteline swaybars
Project Mu Pads Front and Rear
Slotted front and rear rotors
New in box front race pads
Braided brake lines
Cusco Front Strut Brace with Master Cylinder Stopper

Exterior Paint is not the greatest with some clear coat missing.

Oil changed every event, brake fluid flushed every 2nd event, new gearbox and diff oil done 2 months ago

Has achieved the following times on Road Legal Semi Slicks (Better tyres and driver could defo go faster):

SMSP South 1:06.8
SMSP North 1:32.2
